Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation
- Any requests for cancellation must be made within 5 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
1. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
The wrong product is delivered.
2. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Refunds may take 7 business days to process, depending on the payment method and banking institution.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Customized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note : If the customer sends back a product that was not originally shipped by Xclusiv Brand, please note that refunds or replacements will not be provided.
Return Procedure
1. To initiate a return for a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at support@xclusiv.in with your order details and a description of the issue.
2. We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage before authorizing a return.
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Exchanges
1. We do not offer exchanges for customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product, please follow the return procedure outlined above. We will then process a replacement order for you.
